Ladd Library offers free use of computers. If you have a Bates ID, you are encouraged to use the login computers on the Main Floor. Login using your Bates e-mail login (without the @bates.edu just like with the e-mail login), and enjoy! You can print (black and white or color) from any of the login computers including those in the IR room (the computer lab--which may be a quieter space).
You may also notice kiosks with computers throughout the library. Their primary purpose is to search the library catalog, and no login is required. Only the two located right by the circulation desk have printing capabilities, and then only with the guest print pass which you will have to ask for at the circulation desk and only in black and white.
As always be sure to abide by the Bates College Computer Use Policy.
