This guide will help you find and navigate resources and services in Ladd Library and beyond. The tabs on the left lead to a variety of topics and services available to you as a Bates employee.

You already have a library card...it's your Bates ID! Come in and check us out!

Library Check-Out Policies and More

You can manage your account by logging into My CBBcat located on the upper right of the catalog. To log in click My CBBcat and enter your name and Bates ID number.

You can:

  • see items you have checked out
  • see items you have on hold (items requested from CBB and MaineCat)
  • renew items (before the due date)
  • cancel holds (if done before the item is in transit)
  • other features
