Black Feminist Activism is a social and political movement that focuses on the intersection of race, gender, and class, and seeks to address the unique and often overlooked experiences and struggles of Black women and femmes. It emerged as a response to the limitations and exclusions of mainstream feminism, which often failed to fully acknowledge the specific challenges faced by Black women and other women of color.
