The Associate College Librarian for Collection Management and Scholarly Communications is here to educate faculty, staff and students about open access and other scholarly publishing issues as well as promoting and supporting open access scholarship on campus.

  • SPARC institutional membership. "The Scholarly Publishing and Academic Resources Coalition, is a global coalition committed to making Open the default for research and education."
  • Knowledge Unlatched supporter. This project unlocks pay walled scholarly monographs and has unlatched nearly 450 ebooks to date!
  • Open Library of Humanities institutional membership. This organization publishes several humanities focused journals that have no author-facing article processing charges (APCs). 
  • Luminos institutional membership. Receive a 10% discount on Title Publication Fees.
