Citing Sources and Avoiding Plagiarism

The tabs above include suggestions for bibliographic citations, footnotes, and parenthetical citations. When a department has indicated a preference for a particular style, it has been noted. Other suggestions may be found in the Statement on Plagiarism and A Guide to Source Acknowledgements (1987) published by the College.
