EndNote: Creating a Bibliography

Bibliography creation from "My List"

To generate a formated bibliography using EndNote, first select the desired references.  You can select all references, all references within a selected group or specific references within a group.

Next, use your selected references to create an RTF (i.e. Rich Text Format) file with your formated bibliography.  From the main pull down menu, select "File"→"Export".

In the "Export file name:" box, enter a file name, select *.rtf as the file type and select the desired bibliograpy style (e.g. MLA, APA, Chicago 15th, etc.).  Select the "Save" button.

You are done.  Open the newly created RTF file and check your references for accuracy!
